What we compare

The comparison must be for an identical product, including the same brand, specification, carton quantity and condition. We compare the total supplied price, including GST, freight and any other applicable charges.

Eligibility

• The competitor must be an Australian business and the product must be available to purchase.
• The lower price must be current, publicly advertised or supported by a valid written quotation.
• The request must be made before the True Blue Direct order is placed.

Exclusions

Clearance, liquidation, auction and marketplace listings, pricing errors, bundled offers, loyalty or membership pricing, and special contract or account pricing may be excluded.
